I'he American was partnered by A, J. Shaw in a match againat the amateurs, J. H. Drake and H. A. Black, in which the professional* proved victorious (J and 5. Sarazen covered the course in 72 —out in 34 and home in 38. Shaw also did the course in 72. He did 37 out and 35 home. Black did 38 each way.
