A "ghost” put up for auction a,t Mold, near Cheater, realised £lB5. But the buyer, Mr Bernstein, of Liverpool, obtaihed a handsome house and eleven acres of land with it. The “ghost” is a Black Mountain spirit said to have inhabited the house for years.
