Variable but fine weather was experienced in Dunedin yesterday. The conditions were sunny for about two hours in the morning, but the sky was overcast throughout the afternoon., A ligut south-west breeze prevailed, and the thermometer registered 57 degrees at mid-day.

The weather to-day was sunny and pleasant with a light east-north-east breeze in the morning, changing to west-north-west in the afternoon. The maximum temperature \vas 64.4 degrees. The barometer, after falling, is now rising and registers 29.75.
