LOAN TO COVER CONSTRUCTION PARIS, September 11. (Received Sept. 12, .it 1 a.m.) The Compagnie Generale Trausatlantique has floated a loan of 120,500,0* K) francs to cover the construction of the 79,000-ton Normandie. The Government guarantees the interest under the convention, which provides an annual subsidy of from 50.000,000 to 150,000,000 francs in return for mail and other services that the Normandie will render.
