SUNDAY SERVICES
The Rev. D. C, Herron will conduct both .services in Knox Church to-morrow. The subject for the evening will be “ The At First Church the Rev. R. Ferguson Ground, of Optimism.” Fish will conduct the services at 11 a.m., and the Rev. W. Allen Stevely will conduct the evening service. His subject will be “A Land that Has Disarmament.” Dr V, E. Galway will be the organist. _ Trc diamond of the Caversham Presbyterian Church will be celebrated by special services to-morrow. The preacher for the morning service will be the Rev. W. Allen Stevely, and for the evening the Rev. F. M. Beattie, a former minister of the charge. The Rev. Leslie B. Neale will be the preacher at both services in the Methodist Central Mission to-morrow,' His evening subject will be “ Renunciation that Leads to Discovery,” and the soloist at this service will be Miss Margaret '.Beattie, The Rev. C. H. Olds will preach on the subject of “ Churqh Membership ” in the Trinity Methodist_Church, to-morrow. In the morning he will speak on “How Join the Church?” and in the eevning " Why Join the Church ? ” The choir will render the anthem “Teach Me Thy Way, O Lord,” and the Misses R. and M. Shrimpton will sing the' duet “ Hold Thou My Hand.”
At the Theosophical Society meeting Mrs A. J. Pollard will give an address on “ Fear.”
The Spiritualist Church will meet in the Radiant Hall to-morrow evening, when Mr R. N. Ridd will deliver an address entitled “ Spiritualism and Christianity in Harmony.” Mrs Wilfred Brooks will give individual spiritual messages after the address. The Rev. E. S. Tuckwell will conduct both services at the Hanover Street Baptist Church. The quarterly fellowship and communion service will be held in the morning, and in the evening a special address to young people will be given on “ Success.” Miss Alma Tyrrell will sing the solo, "O Divine Redeemer.” Services will be held at the United Congregational Church, when the Rev. C. G. Healey Bycroft will speak on “The Strength of Joy and Jerusalem Past and Future.” The evening soloist will be Mrs D. E. Ewart. The Rev. Albert Mead will conduct services at the Moray Place Congregational Church, taking as his subjects “The Epistle to the Ephesians” and “Organisation and Christian Life,” morning and evening respectively. The choir will render the anthem “ I Will Lift Up Mine Eyes,” and during the service the minister will receive and dedicate a gift of chairs for the use of the church. First Church of Christ Scientist will conduct services in Allbell Chambers. 154 Stuart street, to-morrow. The subject for tbe morning and evening services will he “Christ Jesus.”
