FEW FOREIGN VISITORS LEIPZIG,: August; 28. . The fair is not ’ attracting ' the ; usual attention. Exporters complain; . that there are few foreign,, visitors and hardly any foreign buyers. Textile's, are the most active,. but all are for home consumption. The new substitutes , for wool received most attention. These' are mixtures of artificial silk with wool, linen and cotton. ■ ,
