THE CITY OF MINNEAPOLIS TRUCK DRIVERS’ DISPUTE (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) NEW YORK, July 27. (Received July 28, at 0.15 a.m.) A message from Minneapolis states that the Governor placed the city under martial law after the rejection of peace proposals by the employers in the dispute between them and 6000 union truck drivers.
