ROUBAIX MILLS
TO BE REOPENED NEXT WEEK PARIS, July 26. (Received July 27, at 5.5 p.m.) The Roubaix mills will resume work’ on July 31. The woo] combers’ syndicate has accepted the assurances of the Minister of Commerce (M. Lamoureux) that he would strive to obtain resumption of normal Franco-German exchange , of woollen goods.
