A FLIGHT UPSIDE DOWN ACROSS THE CHANNEL LONDON, July 25. In order to mark the twenty-fifth anniversary of Bleriot’s flight across the Channel, Flight-lieutenant Tyson flew from Dover to Calais in 16 minutes upside down and returned to Lympne with his petrol tank empty. FAITH IN AUSTRALIA ARRIVAL AT PORT MORESBY MELBOURNE, July 20. (Received July 27, at 0.30 a.m.) A Port Moresby, message to-day report that the arrival of Mr Ulm’s Faith in Australia with the first air mails created a great stir, and crowds lined the aerodrome. Mr Ulm landed at 9.10 a.m. ani was cordially welcomed by the pilots ot the New Guinea Airways and leading citizens. He will continue to Wau and Snlmnnua to-morrow, as the weather was too rainy to complete the trip to-day.
