PEKING TO MUKDEN

THROUGH RAILWAY TRAFFIC EARLY RESUMPTION LIKELY. SHANGHAI, June 20. (Received June 20, at 8.30 p.m.) According to Chinese reports the resumption of through traffic on the Peking-Mukden railway, which is expected to commence on July 1, will be followed by the cancellation of the Tangku truce, which terminated the Sino-Japanese hostilities in North China last year. Cancellation of the truce is also likely to lead to the withdrawal of all the Japanese troops along the Great Wall.
