COMMUNITY SINGING

To-morrow the weekly community sing will be held in the Strand Theatre, by courtesy of Messrs Fuller-Hayward. Commencing from to-morrow, the community sings will in future start at 12.15 p.m.— not 12.30. The Phillip sisters will again assist. Mr H. P. Desmoulins will again be leader. Mr Alf. Pettitt will be at the piano. It is to be hoped that listeners-in will show their appreciation by sending in their donations, no matter how small, to the secretary, care Bagg’s, or to the Strand Theatre. All donations will be acknowledged over the air. Proceeds are for the Mayor’s Unemployment Fund.
