A WILL CASE
INTEREST DURING TESTATOR'S LIFETIME NOT PART OF LEGACY. (Peb United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, June 8. An interesting question raised by an originating summons taken out by the public trustee, as executor, was answered by Mr Justice Reed in a reserved decision judgment delivered to-day. It was whether or not George Bryco, of Wellington, brother of the late Jeanie Boyd, of Marton, was entitled to the interest accrued during her lifetime on moneys sho had on deposit and which in her will she bequeathed to him. His Honour held that the accrued interest did not pass to the brother.
