THE LETICIA DISPUTE
COLOMBIA AND PERU FORMULA FOR SETTLEMENT. RIO DE JANEIRO, May 18. (Received May 20, at 8 p.m.) The Peruvian Legation to-night confirmed the report that both Peru aud Colombia have accepted the formula drawn up by Senor Afranio Mcllo Franco, the Brazilian Foreign Minister, for a settlement of the Leticia dispute.
