MOTOR FATALITY
CHARGE AGAINST DRIVER VERDICT OF NOT GUILTY. (Per United Press Association.) INVERCARGILL, May 7. In the Supreme Court to-day John Kirk, a carrier, of Gore, was charged with negligently driving a motor lorry at Otikcrama on April 11, thus causing the death of Alexander Sharp. The jur? returned a verdict of not guilty, and th £ accused was discharged.
