INTERNATIONAL CONTROL MR BALDWIN’S DECLARATION (United Dross Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) LONDON, March 21. Tit the House of Commons Mr Baldwin, replying to criticism, said all military air forces could be abolished if civil aviation were controlled internationally, for which he believed a workable scheme could be devised. Four committees in the past ]G years had rejected proposals for a single Ministry of Defence. Ilia Committee of Imperial Defence was both alive and active.
