ATTACKED BY SENATOR BORAH "INTERNATIONAL CRIMINALS" (United Press Astoclatton.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) WASHINGTON, March 5. (Received March 0, at 9 p.m.) In the Senate debate on the Vinson Naval Bill, which will come to a vote tomorrow, and will probably be approved, Senator Borah attacked the. world munitions industry, particularly the American section. He declared that it was spreading war propaganda in Japan, where it was being declared that American recognition of the Soviet was a hostile act to Japan. He denounced munition makers as " international criminals" who would sell war implements to kill our own nationals. "1 do not believe munition manufacturers can bring war with Japan, but if they should the world will witness our soldiers being shot down with munitions made by people of our own country." He declared, that complete Government control of production was the only solution of the problem. •
