(Received Dec. 13, at 8 p.m.) The Irish Free State 3£ per cent, loan of £6,000,000 was under-subscribed. The underwriters will take up the balance, the amount of which has not been stated. Last minute subscriptions included £IOO,OOO from the funds of the Free States courts, £50,000 from Galway Hospital, and £14,000 from Cardinal M'Crory. The result was far below Mr de Valera’s expectations.
