FOUND INJURED IN TUNNEL (Per United Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, November I. A well-dressed man who has been identified 38 John M'Clean, aged 55, a seaman, married, was found in the Lyttelton tunnel severely injured on the head last evening, and was sent to the hospital. Hie condition is improving. He came here from Greymouth a few days ago, and is believed to have fallen from a train, FRACTURED RIBS As the result of a fall from a building on which he was working at the corner of Dalgety and Richardson streets late yesterday afternoon, John Topping had his ribs fractured and also suffered from severe shock. He was admitted to the Hospital for treatment at 6.10 p.m. The injured man is a builder, and resides at 49 Council street, St. Kilda. SEVERE INJURIES William Kedzlie, married, aged (id years, was admitted, to the Hospital last night suffering from a fracture of both legs, injuries to the head, and shock. He was driving a dray along the North Taieri road when the horse bolted, and he was thrown heavily to the ground near Ashburn Hall. The injured man resides at Halfway Bush.
