CRISIS EXPECTED
POLITICS IN MALTA POLICE STANDING BY (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) LONDON, November 1. (Received Nov. 1, at 10.30 p.m.) The Daily Herald reports that there is anxiety in official circles with regard to Malta in consequence of a telegram stating that the police and military are standing by as the Governor holds an Executive Council. It is believed that a political crisis is arising.
