OUT OF CHAOS

A NEW AUSTRIA CREATED

DR DOLFUSS'S DECLARATION

(United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.)

VIENNA, September 24. Interviewed prior to going to Geneva, Dr Dolfuss objected to the description of the new Government as Fascist, adding: "We have created a new Austria out of chaos.
