SCHEME FOR FINANCING
MR DE VALERA'S TRUMP CARD.
. LONDON, September 24. The Dispatch says that Mr de Valera's trump card will be the introduction of a Bill establishing a State credit association with an initial capital of £5,000,000 to finance new industries. A mystery move is the establishment of a new enterprise exploiting a principal product tremendously affecting industrial life.
