BATON CHARGES BY GUARDS TWENTY PEOPLE INJURED. LONDON, September 24. (Received Sept. 25, at 1.45 a.m.) There were exciting scenes at an openair meeting in Limerick, which was addressed by General O'Duffy and Mr Cosgrave. There were frequent baton charges by Civic Guards and 20 people were taken to hospital.
