OTUREHUA CLUB. The annual meeting of the Oturchua Lawn Tennis Club was held in the Otureiiua Hall on Tuesday evening. The retiring president (Mr D, Nicolson) moved the adoption of the balance sheet after commenting on the satisfactory. state of the club’s finances. The following office-bearers were appointed:—Patron, Mr T. A. Lowis; president, Mr John Gilkison; vice-presidents, Mr T. M'Knight and Mr A. Robertson; secretary and treasurer, Mr C. MTCnight; club captain, Mr B. Hayes; committee — Mesdames J. Gilkison, B. Hayes, Misses F. Becker, G. Gilchrist, A. Nicolson, Messrs D. Nicolson, A. Warnock, and B. Hayes; association delegates, Messrs J. Gilkison and B. Hayes, It was decided to enter one A Grade and one B Grade team for the Maniototo competitions and to hold a working bee on the club courts on the first available Saturday, to be followed by an opening day and a ladder day, with a dance to follow.
