Wright (Tawanui), £l2 16s s d, for goods supplied, with costs (£2 18s) ; T. W. Dobbie v. John Smith, £5 11s 9d, being money owing, with costs (£1 lls 6d); Brace, Wyndle, Blyth, and Co., Ltd., v. William Mansell Davies (Ohai), 9s Bd, for goods supplied, with costs (10s); Dunedin Engineering and Steel Company, Ltd., v. J. G. Henderson (Invercargill). £1 6s 2d, for goods supplied, with costs (9s); J. J. Purdie v. J. O’Donnell, 11s 3d, for goods supplied, with tosts (8s). JUDGMENT SUMMONS.

The Peninsula Motor Service, Ltd., v. C. G. Tyson, claim for £6 Is 6d.—The judgment debtor was ordered to pay the amount of the claim, with costs (12s), in default seven days’ imprisonment.
