MR ULM’S PROPOSED FLIGHT
BAD WEATHER IN ATLANTIC.
LONDON, September 19,
Mr Ulm’s prospects of flying the Atlantic are fading in consequence of the weather. The latest forecast reveals the likelihood of a continuance of the 40 to 50-mile-an-hour winds. The Cuban hurricane has rendered the conditions worse.
