GOOD TEMPLARY

The Hope of Dunedin Lodge was opened by Chief Templar' Sis. Steedman, jun. Visitors from the Hope of Caversham and Rescue Lodges were given a cordial welcome. A game of quoits was played by chosen sides. A competition supplied by a brother also caused some interest. The Hope of Caversham Lodge, No. 128, 1.0.G.T., held its weekly session in Baxter Hall, when C.T. Bro. T. Giles presided over a good attendance of members and

visitors from the Rescue* Lodge. After the general business of the lodge was concluded the lodge was declared open and friends were admitted. On the occasion of Eis birthday. Sis. Blythe took the opportunity to present to Bro. Hilton a token of esteem and respect from the Everhopeful Juvenile Temple. Bro. Hilton suitably responded. The following programme was then rendered:—Song, Mrs E. lies; song, Sis. Donaldson; song. Sis. B. Blythe; recitation, Bro. E. lies; song, Bro. Hilton; song, Bro. E. lies. _ The weekly meeting- of the Radiaht Morn Temple was held in the Methodist Hal], Mornington, on Saturday. Superintendent Bro. M'Millan was in charge. Visitors from the Star of the South and Everhopeful Temples and Rescue Lodge were present. The visitors gave several items, and after a community sing the meeting was closed.
