REICHSTAG BUILDING. FIRE TRIAL OF THE ACCUSED. PARIS, September 12. A meeting of 15,000 people, at which Maitres Torres, More, and Giafcrri declared Torgler innocent and General Goering himself responsible for the Reichstag building fire, passed a resolution denouncing “ the parody of justice prepared at Leipzig, where the guilty were arrogating to themselves the right to judge their victims. The French people refuse to place confidence in a partisan magistrature.”
