A NEW TRADE TREATY NEGOTIATIONS RESUMED. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, August 3. (Received August 4, at 5.8 p.m.) The Anglo-Soviet trade negotiations will be resumed to-morrow, when the sub-committee dealing with the possible form of the new commercial treaty will continue its deliberations.
