TRADE CONFERENCE
INVITATION TO JAPAN CONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) LONDON, August 3. (Received August 3, at 9 p.m.) The Daily Telegraph’s Tokio correspondent states that Japan is prepared to send industrialists to Mr Walter Runcimanls trade conference at London provided any agreement is confined to cotton, yarns and textiles, and is limited to Britain, Palestine, Ceylon, East Africa and the Straits Settlements, and that there is no suggestion of separate agreements with the dominions.
