LEVEL CROSSING SMASH

THREE PEOPLE KILLED FATHER AND TWO SONS. PERTH, July 2. (Received July 2, at 7 p.m.) A level crossing accident occurred at East Perth, a passenger train smashing into a motor car. Myles Lyons and his two sons, Donald and Peter, were killed, while his wife, Margaret Lyons, and two other sons, Frank and John, and Norman Davenport and Kathleen Pearson were injured. The car spun through the air, spilling the occupants in all directions. Lyons and his wife were going to a football match, and the others on an excursion to the country.
