Foster, American Trade Commissioner in New Zealand, who was one of the guests of honour at a farewell luncheon tendered by the English-Speak-ing Union to-day. \ ■ Mr Foster said that undoubtedly the two leaders in -the reconstruction era would be the United States and jGreat Britain!
