ACTION FOR DIVORCE
SEPARATION FOR THREE YEARS DECREE GRANTED TO EACH '•. PARTY. <Peb United Press Association.) AUCKLAND, June 26. r A husband and his wife were both granted decrees in divorce by Mr Justice Reed to-day. The husband petitioned on the ground of separation, and the wife cross-petitioned on the ground of alleged adultery. " "-' '.■ " Do I understand that you both want a divorce?" asked the judge. Counsel for the wife said she wanted the divorce granted to her, and not to hiejr husband. ' . - His Honor: I can give them both a decree. If it is their desire that the public should be inforniecf of their domestic troubles this is the right way, to go about it. After counsel had conferred, counsel for the wife said she would not oppose her husband's petition, but she also would ask for a decree on the ground of separation. •, « Both husband and wife then gave evidence that they had been separated for three years, and a decree nisi was granted in each case. • . The husband was ordered to pay the cos*..; of one case. %. ■
