THREE POWERS SUBSCRIBE TRANCE TAKES LARGEST SHARE. LONDON, June 15. Dr Dolfuss, who expects to reach Vienna on Sunday via Paris by air, has secured a £10,000,000 loan, which was authorised at Lausanne. The date of issue has yet to be fixed. The subscribers are England. France and Italy. France, whose share is the largest, delayed the loan because French Socialists resented the treatment of Socialists in Austria.’
