AN APPOINTMENT MADE RIGHT REV. HOWARD MOULD. SYDNEY, April 7. The Synod of the Anglican Diocese of Sydney elected by a substantial majority the Right Rev. Howard W. K. Moult, D.D., Bishop in Western China, as Archbishop of Sydney, in succession to the late Archbishop Wright.
