THE ECONOMY BILL APPROVAL OP CONGRESS, «? WASHINGTON, March 10. Final Congressional approval was given the Economy Bill to-day. President Roosevelt to-day urged Congress to enact immediate legislation for agricultural relief. BEER AND WINE BILL. PASSED BY THE SENATE. WASHINGTON, March 16. The Senate to-day reduced the alcoholic limitation in the Beer and Wine Bill from 3.2 per cent, to 3.04 per cent, and finally passed the Bill.
