ATTITUDE TO REFORMS CO-OPERATION WITHDRAWN. , CALCUTTA, July 10. Fourteen Indians ? principally. Liberals who were delegates to the last Round Table Conference, have assembled at Bombay. It is understood that they decided to withdraw their co-operation in further work on the constitution as a protest against Sir Samuel Hoare’s recent pronouncement of changed methods in reform.'
