DEPARTURE FROM IRELAND GREAT THRONGS IN DUBLIN.^ DUBLIN, July 3. “ God will surely bless this dear land. I return to the Holy ..Father to tell him of Ireland’s wondrous loyalty,” said the papal legate (Cardinal Lauri), when departing from Kingstown by a flower-be-decked steamer. The, legate was escorted, by cavalry through the thronged and decorated route from Dublin. Women, kneeling to receive the valedictory blessing, wept when gazing their last upon the beloved prelate. The quays were black with people, who knelt for his final blessing as the vessel cast off.
