WOMEN POLICE
ARREST OF OWN SEX NEW RULE IN ENGLAND. LONDON, June 23. Lord Trcnchard, Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police, has ordered women police alone to arrest women on warrants, says the Daily Mail. 1 Male detectives may act in the first instance in cases of emergency, but the responsibility must be transferred to the women police as soon as possible.
