OTTAWA CONFERENCE

PERSONNEL OF DELEGATIONS ALL NOW ANNOUNCED. OTTAWA, July 3. (Received July 4, at 11 p.m.) With the announcement that the Premier of Newfoundland (Mr F. C. Alderdice), with Mr M'Naraara, a member of the Executive Council, will attend the Imperial Conference, all the countries of the Empire have named their delegates to the parley. The indications are that the conference will proceed with the business immediately following the opening on July 21, and will sit five days a week.
