TELEVISION TESTS
SHORT-WAVE EXPERIMENTS LONDON, May 2. The first demonstration of ultra-short-wave television, transmitting pictures on a screen, was successfully given in London. Baird, inventor of the televisor, explained that the wave-length used was six metres, enabling transmission of television without interfering with ordinary broadcasting.
