DIPLOMATIC RELATIONS SEVERED MINISTER UNACCEPTABLE (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyrlrht.) MEXICO CITY, May 15. (Received May 16, at 5.5 p.m.) Diplomatic relations between Mexico and Peru have been severed. The Peruvian Government recently asked Mexico to withdraw the Mexican Minister (Signor Juan Cabral) and his staff from Lima, saying that they were unacceptable as diplomatic representatives.
