PLAINTIVE HITLER
ELECTION APPEAL
LONDON, May b. Herr Hitler, flic Nazi leader, has appealed to the Reich Election Commissioner against the validity of President Hindenburg’s re-election, states the Munich correspondent of The Times. The ground of the appeal is based on the fact that the wireless was reserved for Hindenburg’s exclusive use and was denied the Nazis. Hitler also alleges one-sided unconstitutional police measures. The Minister for the Interior has already investigated 50 similar appeals and decided that the election was properly held. It js net known whether Herr Hitler’s case was included or whether it will come separately before the election court.
