CONDITIONS IN THE NORTH. (Special to Daily Times.) AUCKLAND. May 15. Fine weather and a light, variable wind prevailed during (lie week-end. Conditions were ideal, the sun shining out of a cloudless sky. The barometer has been rising since Saturday morning and now ( registers 30.00iu. WELLINGTON, May 15. The weather in Wellington was showery and cold over the week-end. A strong southerly was blowing and some bail fell. CHRISTCHURCH. May 15. The weather during the week-end has been cold and unsettled with a south-weal wind and a few showers. The indications arc for a very cold night.
