URGENT APPEAL TO LEAGUE LIMIT OF RESOURCES REACHED (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) j ' GENEVA, May 14. (Received May 15, at 5.5 p.m.) Austria has addressed a virtual S.O.S. to the League of Nations appealing for immediate assistance because she is at the end of her resources. She asks for . the League Financial Committee to be convened at once to consider means of preventing a financial catastrophe. It is possible that the committee may meet in Vienna on Monday.
