WARNING TO THE WORLD

INEQUALITY OF ARMAMENTS DEFINITE STAND BY GERMANY (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) BERLIN, .May 11. He declared that, although Germany had almost completely disarmed, the rest of Europe was increasing armaments far beyond the pre-war level. Germany did not desire to arm to such an extent, but merely wanted equality. Although some nations appreciated the German standpoint, others held views which would lead to serious and earnest discussions in the next few weeks.
