ANOTHER DOUKHOBOR PARADE OVER TWO HUNDRED ARRESTS. VANCOUVER, May 0. (Received May 9, at 11.10 p.m.) A message from Nelson, British Columbia, states that, continuing to defy the law by parading in the nude in public, 2Q9 Doukhobors —men, women, and children —were arrested yesterday.
