.■ .., '.'. TO THE EDITOR. " Sib,—l must thank you for publishing my previous letter and for the information that it brought forth. Far too many local body discussions are taken in committee. I understand that important policy decisions have recently been, passed, yet not a word has appeared in the press. It is high time' that the ratepayers elected, a board that will let them know just what is taking place. The board is merely the servant of the. ratepayers, and the ratepayers have a right to know.
