DECREASE IN BRITAIN (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, March 17. (Received March 18, at 5.5 p.m.) The cost of living figure at March 1 was approximately 4G per cent, above the level of July, 1914, as compared with 47 per cent, one month earlier and 50 per cent, one year earlier. For food alone the corresponding percentages were 29, 31, and 34.
