GOVERNOR RE-ELECTED (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, March 17. (Received March 18, at 5.5 p.m.) Mr Montague Norman, Governor of the Bank of England, was congratulated at the half-yearly general court to-day on his thirteenth nomination to the post. Mr Norman said that the profits for the half year, ended February 29, after making provision for all contingencies, were £027,201, providing for a dividend of 6 per cent., less income tax.
