UPPER HOUSE ABOLITION
THE PRIVY COUNCIL APPEAL TO BE HEARD AFTER EASTER. LONDON, February 24. The Australian Press Association is informed that the Privy Council will hear the New South Wales Upper House case on the first day of its sittings after the Easter recess. Mr Willis has instructed the New South Wales legal advisers to oppose the Commonwealth’s application to intervene, which may be heard on February 29.
